Google Photos is on the edge of revealing a latest feature known as “My Week” allowing users to share their memories with friends and families in line with the Android Authority report. This feature was being recognized through an APK teardown of the Google Photos app version of 6.90 version. This feature was discovered by Assemble Debug.
Once this feature is available for a mass audience, they will be able to see “Introducing My Week” in the top left corner along with their Google profile photo. There’s a ‘+’ sign to put up the feature to work. When users click on this sign a setup wizard opens up where users can select the photos which they want to share as part of their weekly highlights and can send invite links to people they want. The time invitation link is accepted, the receiver will be able to look into weekly memories in the photo tab.
As it is witnessed, this consists of an invite-only feature, the invited people only have the access to look into shared memories. In addition to this, the 6.90 version of the Google Photos app is expecting various changes to the user interface (UI).
